The app is still new and we will be bringing new programs and features on a weekly basis.
We have two options in terms of subscriptions, either a free option, where you can get access to the app and some workouts but a lot of the functions won't be active. Where if you subscribed you'll get access to all our workout plans, recipes, meal plans etc.
If you'd like to subscribe, there is a monthly payment of R69, or you can pay for the year for R399. You can cancel at any given time and we include our 100% money back guarantee, so if you don't like it, we'll refund you completely!

The app is a really great tool to help kickstart your journey into working out. It offers workout plans for all levels, whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, get fit etc. It has an activity calendar which tracks your training days - cardio and strength training, including your steps done for the day. Such a great app to have.
